We strive to deliver your premium dry fruits as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery (Prepaid & COD): 3 to 5 business days across India.

• Express/Priority Delivery (Prepaid Only): 1 to 3 business days in major metro cities.

3. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is FREE on all prepaid orders.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal advance booking fee/shipping charge of ₹99 applies.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

5. Delays & Issues While we ensure timely dispatch, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical issues or bad weather. If your order is delayed beyond 7 days, please contact us at support@royalnuts.co.
